We believe that institutional stories change over time—and that our pasts do not necessarily reflect who we are in the present, or who we want to be in the future.
Using our training as mediators, researchers, writers, and teachers, we work with organizations to address complex pasts and to facilitate difficult conversations around past inequities and injustices. We aim to provide clear, measurable steps for clients to carry themselves and their constituencies forward into a more just and equitable future while always affirming their core beliefs.
Barbara and Charlotte work with organizations individually and in groups to support collective transparency around sensitive issues and to draw up roadmaps for future purposeful action. Our goal is to support organizations as they align their pasts and their futures through compassion, intelligence, and courage.
